What must I do to be saved?
It's really as simple as A-B-C:
A - Admit to myself and to God that I am a sinner in need of salvation from my sins and from hell. I must repent from my sins, that is, turn away from my evil ways and live the way God wants me to live. (Romans 3:23, 6:23 Acts 2:37-40)
B - Believe in my heart that Christ died for my sins as payment in full and invite Him into my heart.
1John 1:9, 1 Peter 3:18, John 1:12)
C - Confess before men that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord.
(Romans 10:9-10)
One way to heaven...
The Bible tells us that there is only one way to heaven. Christ himself said,
"I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12
